Return and Refund Policy

At CaDo & Company, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and refund policy.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase/delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Certain items, such as personalized or final sale items, are non-returnable.


Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at contact@cadoandcompany.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Shipping the Item Back: Once approved, you will receive return instructions.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  3. Inspection & Refund: After receiving your return, we will inspect the item and process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
